2024 Door Annual Summary & Commendation Conference

New year 2025 is coming. On the morning of Jan 17th, 2025, Shenzhen Door Intelligent Control Technology Co., Ltd convened the "2024 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference" at the Headquarters. Over 300 employees at the headquarters and each domestic office attended the conference on-site or online.The event brought together the company's senior leadership, department heads, and employee representatives to review the past year's achievements, honor outstanding teams and individuals, and outline plans for the future. And the conference began with the solemn learning of the "Spirit of Door" by all members.

The general manager Mr.Wang gave the speech. He highlighted that 2024 was a year of both challenges and opportunities for the company. With detailed and objective data, He fully analyzed the complex and dynamic marketing environment and industrial development trend. Reviewed the achievements made in 2024, he proposed the shortcomings and improvement directions, and the focus on improving quality and efficiency, strengthening the promotion of the whole platform, and improving product stability and reliability.

General Manager Wang arranged  and deployed the work priorities and target tasks in 2025, pointing out that measures should be landed. The key is the implementation and insisting on PDCA management. Futhermore, he also shared the work experience and thoughts with everyone, encouraged all members to actively face the difficulties and force ahead, and contribute wisdom and strength for the leap-type development of the company.

The conference featured a special commendation ceremony to honor outstanding teams and individuals. 20 outstanding staff in 2024, 12 best partner staff and top author of company magazine "Door Cloud" were awarded with honorary certificates and bonuses.

Each departments signed the 2025 targent tasks, and the conference was successfully concluded in the sound of passionate music.
